Yes. We carry public liability insurance up to $20 million and WorkCover insurance, and our team follows workplace health and safety practices appropriate to each site we work on.

How is pricing worked out?

Pricing is based on the size of the site, the scope of work, and how often you need us. We provide a fixed quote after assessing your requirements — there are no surprise charges once a schedule is agreed.

Can I get a one-off clean, or do I need an ongoing contract?

Both are available. Many commercial clients have us on a regular schedule, but we also take on one-off jobs — deep cleans, post-construction cleans, and single-event cleaning.

How far in advance do I need to book?

For ongoing commercial contracts, we’ll set up a schedule during the quote process. For one-off jobs like construction or event cleaning, we recommend getting in touch as early as possible, particularly around fixed deadlines like a handover date or event date, so we can confirm availability.

Do you provide your own cleaning equipment and products?

Yes, our team brings all necessary equipment and supplies, and we use eco-friendly products where suitable for the site.
